Lancôme is a French luxury perfume and cosmetics house that distributes products internationally. Lancôme is part of the L'Oréal Luxury Products division, which is its parent company and offers luxury skincare, fragrances, and makeup at higher-end prices. Founded in 1935 by Guillaume d'Ornano and his business partner Armand Petitjean in France, as originally a fragrance house. The name "Lancôme" was inspired by the forest of Lancôme me that lies in the Indre valley in the heart of France in the region of La Brenne; the name was chosen by Guillaume's wife Elisabeth d'Ornano. The roses in the area inspired the company's symbol of the single golden rose. The French Maison proposes a large collection of exclusive fragrances created following a unique bias: the Art of Assembly. Fragrances are created thanks to variations of floral notes: pink, orange, iris, or jasmine. Since the brand is already existing in china, GMA’s partners were mainly focused on clarifying the work that has been done and finding out the main objective for the future development and growth for Lancôme. In addition, the company requested us to help them to create the right strategy and consult them in terms of social media for the rose beauty forum.
